"Nature will not let us stay in any one place for too long. She will let us stay just long enough to gather the experience necessary to the unfolding and advancement of the soul. This is a wise provision, for should we stay there too long, we would become too set, too rigid, too inflexible. Nature demands change in order that we may advance.” – Ernest Holmes

Hazmat protocol 101: Stress cleanup
I’ll admit the hectic pace of travel, coupled with attending a three-day intensive training was rigorous, even for me. It took me awhile to shake it off, but finally, I regained my balance, my harmony, my groove. On occasion, life just seems to have it’s own way of challenging us to the extreme.
The following day was a typical day, in traffic, running errands, nothing special - yet it felt heavenly; it felt like the perfect day. As the day progressed, I enjoyed each moment to its fullness. On occasion, I even felt a smile peaking out from my lips for no apparent reason. This "not so special" yet perfect day was an indication that I finally came back into balance. That evening, after my second meditation of the day, I felt absolutely incredible. Now, as I write this blog, I'm searching for the words that accurately describe that elevated, joyful feeling; here's my best attempt to communicate that.
Have you ever experienced a flawless moment, like witnessing remarkable beauty - that which you have never seen before? Like a snapshot in time, it was so absolutely perfect that it took your breath away? You took it all in, and you just knew, you would never forget it. Now take a moment to close your eyes, return to that moment in your mind; recall the wonderment and feelings that it brought.
That euphoric feeling can be captured again and again through meditation. The best part - it can often extend beyond the duration of the meditation, like being cloaked in an aura of good vibes and bliss that stays with you throughout the day. Just imagine, if more often than not, days felt that perfect - how different would life be?
Yes, meditation is a daily practice well worth the investment of time. There is nothing more boundless than the human spirit; DASA Meditation helps me rise to new levels of awareness.
